Anoyher problem is when the gas pedal is released after revving the engine, the engine just dies and I would have to tumble for a while before I can get it to start again. IF gradually release the gas pedal, really coax it, everything is fine.

Any ideas?

I then conected the unit in ADD ONLY config. and it works fine.

If I'm changing to larger injectors, do I need to be in ADD/SUBTRACT config, or will ADD ONLY work??
I think with any size injectors, you're going to want to first subtract fuel (during idle) and then once the RPM's rise and boost hits, you want to add fuel. If you don't subtract fuel at idle, the fuel will flood the engine and it won't start. So you should keep teh car in add and subtract.
