I saw nothing but this crap when I was searching for stock fuel pressure for the SR.
Sounds like you need to read alittle more into it then. Let's just say that running at a higher fuel pressure increases your injectors size in a sense... but the trick is that the ecu needs to know this too. Get this... JWT even sells programs for 4 bar fuel systems

Let's get this thread back on topic now... Andy, we need some more pictures or else this thread is going to be taken over

No time lately, meng. I've been spending a ludicrous amount of time getting the car ready the ITR Expo next Monday & Tuesday. Things should slow down enough after that to allow me to finally organize my latest pictures and the video I should have after the event.

I have experienced quite a few setbacks getting the car ready. Coupled with the baby & work, and I have not been getting much sleep lately.

No need to justify yourself, Andy. I'm also a new dad, and had a house built last year... I know all about lack of time for the car and sleep.

Now that the son is 18 months old, he's alot less maintance and can sleep through the night . I end up in the garage after the son's down each night and try to do one or two little things in the garage or on the car to keep up on the little projects I have going on... still seems like it's not enought time to get everything done though.

Good luck with the ITR Expo

Not justifying, just informing.

My son has been *mostly* sleeping through the night since 11-12 weeks, and he's almost 8-months-old. I've been informed that I'm the luckiest Dad alive. The big thing is just spending time with him after work before he goes to bed. We get home around 6 - 6:30 and he goes to bed around 7:30 - 8. So spending that time with him and my wife is important, which I'm sure you understand.

I've been waiting until we put him down, finish a few small things like washing bottles or cleaning up, then working until midnight for the past 3-4 nights. Car keeps throwing my curveballs, and VatoZone hasn't helped either. Despite the setbacks, I've managed to get it almost all the way back together and get some other small things done too.

-Andy

Old manifold/turbo removed:

The POR-15 high-temp is starting to erode. I'm not altogether surprised, honestly.

Notice the oil in the turbine outlet.

After installing two SS studs:

The last one installed snapped at the flange surface, and the extractor bit broke too. A big thanks to Carl for trying! :thumbup

S13 coolant neck:

S14 coolant neck, -6 adapter, and BMRS line with heat shielding:

A borrowed blacktop turbo/manifold assembly with a -6 SS adapter installed:

BMRS line installed:

Old gasket cleaned off:

New gasket from VatoZone:

New waterneck and turbo/manifold installed:

What happens when you install the turbo/manifold without first tightening the coolant return line:

Test it out, if it sways, especially under braking, just move it forward a little until it stops. From the looks of it, you've got over 25% of the weight of that car on your tongue (which is bad since your hitch is probably only rated for 500lbs). If you don't have it balanced properly, those rear tires will die REALLY fast. Plus, I wouldn't want to subject a unibody to that much stress...

Idiot...

I actually moved it back before leaving, just didn't have a picture of it. The car was centered on the axles.
