Gracias mang. I plan to post updates shortly after the work is done, rather than posting a bunch at one time like I've done recently. I am also trying to stay current on my website articles, but have a significant backlog going.

Thanks. The secret is to have a daily driver in addition to the car you want to pour a lot of time into. This way you can take your time to do things right, without having to worry about getting to work on time the next day. This is the case even if you plan to have the project car as a daily driver. Score something reliable to drive while you're doing the work, and either keep it around or sell it when you "finish" the project. Much less heartache this way. Plus, your wife doesn't complain as much either!

Will do. I hope things are going OK in Houston, and that the flooding hasn't caused you any major heartache.

^I agree completely. I tell everyone that all the time, no one understands. Just find a cheap...really reliable car. (GA16DE Sentra in my case). I was running an SE-R, but it was blending into another project car so I sold it.=) Can't handle such temptations. It's allowed me to spend as much time and money as I have on mine as well.

My secret has been to buy a daily driver (or get a loan to buy one, rather :/ ) that's high performance in stock form, that way I'm not tempted to upgrade it and can focus on the 240. Was a 2001 ITR and is now a 97 M3 Coupe. The downside? Car payments.

I added 2 new articles to the site. Other than a little formatting, they're mostly done:
June 4 & 5
June 18 & 19

I just noticed that I left all the captions the same on the June 18 & 19 article in my zeal to get them uploaded. I'll change them when I upload some more pictures to post here in this thread, which'll hopefully be by Thursday.

The coolant plenum reattached after new hoses and wormgear clamps were used:

Exhaust manifold on with new gaskets and O2 sensor installed. Notice the turbo oil outlet hose with heat shielding:

5/8" I.D. reinforced Aeroquip hose for the stock catch can. I used this for the catch can to engine connection, and turbo oil return:

TB, new gasket, and wirebrushed allen bolts waiting to be installed:

Bottom view, showing the intake manifold supports. The hose to the left of the leftmost support connects to the TB:

Another intake side view, after everything was connected:

Front:

Rear. I used the e-hoist to pick it up off the stand so I could remove the pilot bushing. The puller and bushing are at the bottom of the picture:
