stroking sr20det

is is possible i heard all you had to do was use the crank from a bigger engine is this true or not owuld love to stroke an sr20det once i get it without paying the 5000 for the jun kit

there is more to it than just a crank, there is alot of geometrical designs and clearances that come into affect to make it work without completely destroying the motor. i know toda, and jun have them advertised in the states. but if you look hard enough, i have came across a hks and greddy stroker kit. but you get ot those thru links leading to oz and japan.

Apexi also has a stroker kit. The cheapest I have seen is the Toda at 4500.

those are all to expensive i was trying to put to together my own using the crank from a ka24de

that would be a good trick I'd like to see that happen. Since they aren't in the same family. If u need a crank try crower they could make u a crank prob.
