Looking to swap a KA to an SR Red

hey guys, I'm a newbie here and I was wondering what some problem areas to look out for on the SR20 Red Top? I need to know of some of the first things to need replacing upon purchasing this motor. I dont see the point in buying a motor and then have something happen that I didnt see coming. Also, is a T3-T4 hybrid turbo a good upgrade over the T25. I dont really want a T28. I want to run a little more boost than that and also slap on an FMIC.

timing chain tensor is shorter on redtop than black top
oil pick up tube is better on black top

*pull the head and replace the oil pump,pick up tube, and head gasket*
