Guys, lately we've been getting a lot of, for lack of a better description, newb questions. Hereinafter, henceforth, and from now on, please:

1. Check the tech section. There's a LOT there, and it's growing.
2. SEARCH. You can set up a search to look only here in the 240 section, or wherever on the board you want.

Examples of questions we've heard before, too many times:

"Will an SR20DET fit in my 240SX?" - Yes, but not a FWD or AWD unit.
"Can I use the KA harness with my SR?" - Short answer, no, but with money you can do what you want
"Which tach works with the SR?" - A twin-cam tach or JDM SR tach. Period.
"Can I swap an S15 engine into my S13 or S14?" - yes, but it won't be cheap or easy.
"Why doesn't my digital speedometer work?" - Well, it's one of the few things that Nissan just got wrong. They suck. Spend big bucks to fix or small bucks for an analog cluster.
"Which factory LSD fits my S13/S14?" - Check Tech.
"Which factory seats fit my S13/S14?" - S13/S14/S15/R32/R33 seats. Did I miss any?
"Can I use an RB engine in my 240?" Yes, but make sure you're rich or very financially well-disciplined first.
"Can I make my 240 all wheel drive, with an RB?" Yes, but make sure you're rich. Very rich.
"Can I put an SR20VE in my 240? Is there a RWD SR20VE?" No, and NO.
"Can I put a VE head on a RWD SR?" Yes, but there are many hoops through which you must jump.

"Is the SR20DET engine reliable?" Short answer, yes. I put 1700 miles on mine in four days and it didn't hiccup.

To stem the onslaught of covered-and-re-covered topics, I'll be locking a few threads around here. If you ask one of these questions you risk your thread being locked or deleted.

Along with this, the search... um, advocates (I hate the word "nazis") need to lighten up a bit if you please.
