advice for potential SR swap into 240

hey what's up, I usually don't poke my head into this forum, but I may be around here in the future. I currently have an NX2000, but I am thinking about selling it and buying a 240 and doing an XR swap. After selling my car and parts, I would have a budget of around 4000-5000. I would pick up a high mileage 240 for about 1000, and I can get the RWD engine and tranny for about 1000 as well. In additon to this, I beleive I need the wiring harness and computer from the silvia. I have access to a garage and am very mechanically inclined, I would be able to do the work myself.
Anyways, is it possible to do this swap with a decent suspension for this budget?
TIA

Yes it is possible, but not likely.

For $1000? You would be better off to go ahead and get the harness and ECU. The harnesses I've seen for sale are like $500 and so are the ECU's (if you can find em). Just a thought.
