sr20det swap, starting problem

I installed an RPS-13 blacktop in my 91 240sx hatchback. I bought the front clip and used an uncut wiring harness. I only had to extend a few wires. The car turns over but it wont turn on. The fuel pump was not working but I directly applied power from the battery to see if the car would turn on. I checked the injectors and they are not working. Im wondering if I my ecu is bad.

There is a plug that attaches some wires from the dash to the ecu in which two wires are not matching up. One goes to the instrument pannel and the other goes to the fuel pressure control module (red/white wire), according to a wiring diagram that I have, although I don't know what that is. I'm wondering if I'm missing a ground or something because I think that the wiring is pretty much ok.

I'm wondering how to approach this problem. And how can I tell if the ecu is bad. If the ecu is bad, I also wanted to know if any sr20det ecu will do, or do I need one from a blacktop.

I'm in Orlando, if anybody wants to be a good samaritan and stop by and take a look or maybe let me test my wiring with their ecu please let me know. 321-217-5975.
Thanks a lot

Go to Install FAQ, then Electrical Wiring, and make sure you're hooked up right.
