Wondering if the 240 guys are interested

I was wondering if you guys would be interested in a clutchnet GB for the RWD SR20's or even the normal KA guys. I have a GB for the FWD SR but i can expand it if you guys would be interested.

The prices for rwd kits are $340 shipped using paypal for the type 1 PP with street discs. The type 1X PP is an extra $50 and the puck discs are $20 cheaper than street discs. all the discs are sprung hubs unless you would like a solid hub for some dumb reason. if that was confusing just ask for a price quote.
flywheels are $265, 10lb aluminum. complete with contact surface, shipping and paypal fee's.

I am still checking with clutchnet about what setup to use. It looks like you will need to go with a double diaphram PP and possibly the fiber-fiber disc, or the copper fiber disc. I am looking for ways to hold the 400hp and not use the puck discs. if you want to use a puck disc let me know, they are slightly cheaper~$20, but they chatter and grab like a mother.... For the type 1X PP and a special street disc you would be looking at about $392 shipped using paypal. I am still checking on options to hold the power. It may work to use a type 1 PP and puck disc, this would only be $320, but you have a puck system them, yuk. once i recieve the payment it take about 5-10 business days to get the clutch in your hands.

You should be able to use a 6 or 4 puck disc sprung hub and the type 1 PP. this setup costs 320 shipped using paypal. I just need to make sure that this will hold your power. It should work, the other option is to upgrade to the next PP which gets more expensive. I'll have a definate answer be monday.

For the Type 1 PP, which is 40% over stock, and the 6-puck sprung hub disc clutch kit the price is $320. It will hold the 400hp. The other option is to upgrade the PP, this is more expensive and you will have more pedal pressure, which makes it less streetable. It is probably better to use the puck disc over trying to use the street disc and upgraded PP. Both setups will have strong engagement and required driver attension, which is expected with 400whp.

What is that pp and 6 puck cluctch rated for. i do not want to run 400hp on a clutch that is rated for 400hp cause mine is going to see the track alot. how much is the upgraded pp and the 6 puck shipped ?

I am not too sure how much knowledge you have with clutches but basically the more power you want to hold the harder they are to drive. the 6-puck and type 1 PP would be reaching it's limit when you go over 400whp. But with a upgraded PP, type 1X, you would be at 90% over stock for clamping force. you could downgrade the clutch to a copper-copper disc. the 6-puck would be overkill with type 1X. The Type 1x PP is an extra $55. and to use a copper-copper instead of the 6-puck would be an extra $20.

nothing im just putting it in this winter. I plan on running 20+psi of boost on the track i have a detroit locker lsd. custom 1 peice drive shaft so i need some thing that can handel that. I just dont want to replace the clutch ever 10k miles or so. I dont really care to much about petal pressure. I was thinking of a clutch that would be able to handle 450whp.

I'll check what will hold up to 450 whp. I think the best option would be the copper copper disc and the type 1x PP. It is gonna grab like a mo fo though. The copper copper disc should help to absorb some of the shock.
