Is this a good price for a 91' 240sx w/SR20DET installed?
I found a 91' 240sx w/SR20DET installed. It has 124000 miles on the car, but the engine has 56000 miles. custom boost gauge in the steerin column. Has a little rust on inside the door. The A/C doesnt run. The car is white and the driver seat has some tears in it. He wants around $7300. Is it a good offer?
wayyy to high, you can get a 91 rolling chassis for like $500, and a swap done by jspec.com for 3500, thats $4000 total, no way is it worth $7300.
another thing, personally i would never buy a modded car. i know how i drive my car, and wouldnt want to buy a car thats been driven like mine. you dont know how well the swap was done, and you dont know how hard its been dogged since then.
Thanks for the advice. There is no mods on the engine, its bone stock w/SR20DET. Its only been driven 250 miles w/the engine put in, by him. What is a reasonable price for the it?
i have 4 240's, bot a single one has rust, and theryre all 13-14 years old.
