It's almost certainly not the timing chain, they almost never go bad. But if someone has messed with the cams, they could be mis-timed. If the exhaust cam is off a tooth, then the ignition timing will be way off as well and the car will run like crap.

I already did oil changed n spark plugs n wires, i haven't done distributor, fuel filter or intake filter. i will take the cat out n check the distributor position n i'll check on the gas cable, i'll post another video on Saturday with these things installed. thanks i do have another spare b13 se-r maf sensor laying about in my room.
