I am very upset with this person. I sent Nick Mandich an amount of $350 for a used Gen 5 HotShot Header. That was on December 4,2002. He emailed me a couple of times after I sent him the money and told me that there was a hole in the resonator ? Resonator on a header ,i don't think so. He then said that he would reimburse me for the cost of getting it fixed. I told him to give me back $100+ the header ,or just send the full amount of $350 back to me. Well he has not sice responded to me. I filed a claim with PayPal and all they gave me back was $35.00 b.c thats the maximum amount of funds availible in his account. Now I am very p**ssed off b.c that is a lot of money for me.
If there is anyone that knows this person or is around his area which is Portland Oregon I would appreciate your help. The number he posted in the thread is for North West Engine Supply. Not sure where or if he works there or what.
