I ordered an ACT friction disk and heavy duty pressure plate from Louis in late January. I waited and waited for ACT to get their butts in gear and get out the "newly formed" heavy duty pressure plates, and when ACT said it'd be even LONGER, Louis explained all this to me and offered suggestions on what clutches would be comparable and compatable with the ACT line. I finally just went with the XTREME p/pl. Then to show what good customer service he provides, he charged me for ground shipping, but shipped it 3-day express.
