I was wondering if anyone would catch that.
Where I drilled them, I don't consider very structural. The real support is hidden behind the areas with the holes. The b pillar has alot of metal that you can't see.
I weighed my hood today, 19 pounds. That is with more cut out than the first hood pic shows. It is as light as you can get with out going to a different material. I would have a new pic but my camera batteries went dead.
