For the rear wiper hole, just grab one of the rubber plugs from the floor in the rear and plug it in, whichever way you chose. I plugged mine in from the inside so no-one can pull it out...easily anyway. I just picked up a bunch of plugs from the salvage to replace the missing ones. I'm planning on removing the rear wing too. I'll need 4 tiny plugs for that.
