Get a set of calipers and measure the highest point on one of the lobes. Multiply that by 1.55 and you'll have the valve lift. If its close to the S3 measurements, its probably an S3 cam. If not, its an older grind. FWIW it seems the "S3" grind has changed once. There is no easy way to measure duration.
