maaan....this thread is extreme...but very informative...also, what about this option?

i'm thinking of taking out both tar and carpets then foam the chassis, and finally apply the liquid (since it is both waterproof and soundproof) or just use Dynamat (only soundproof, but looks like carpet)

the liquid does it all...I just don't know how much you gain back compared to what you lose by stripping everything else...has anyone considered this? It's so tempting for me to just go out and gut the hell out of my ride but the weather around my way just sucks!

...anyone got better options?
