Yes, you are running very lean. I'm surprised the shop didn't warn you of this. Get the Nismo Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator. Its a direct replacemnt for your stock one but it's adjustable. You need to raise the Fuel pressure. Better yet you could buy an apexi SAFC and have it tuned all across the board. the nismo will help for sure though. You can get it from MossyNissan.
