On the sample I had the holes in the secondary were smaller than the piping and the holes in the secondary so their was about a 1/8" step in the tube. Stuff like this usualy costs a bunch of power.

I have never seen a later than gen 4 HS header crack athough I suspect there was a bad batch of them made because a bunch of people I know in the NE have had them crack. Either that or its the difference in climate in the NE vs California. But none of the race cars we run has had a header carck and road racing is pretty hard on headers due to the extended high temps and vibrations.
