ECU wiring question (quick disconnects for piggyback ecu)

In my case the piggyback ecu is an e-manage, not that it matters. I was curious, would it be possible to use some high quality quick disconnects so that I could remove my e-manage and still be able to run the car? I just don't want to go through the trouble of cutting the wires, soldering them, and then desoldering and re-soldering if I decide I don't like the e-manage or I decide to move onto something else. Any input is appreciated.
