Battery Trouble

I am having some problems with getting continuous juice off my battery. Last fall I took off the stock negative clamp becuase It was rusted to h*ll and replaced it with a brass universal part. I soldered the 0 guage cable to the stock wire I cut. All was good except I also cleaned the terminal with a brush. I had to crank down the clamp to get it tight (almost solid).
Recently I had to take it off for some other work and now it seems to be coming loose. Is there a conductive sleeve I can fit over the terminal so I don't have to tighten the clamp so much? Any other suggestions?
