Just some Guy Oh, I understand Join Date: Oct 2003 Location: Westchester, NY Trader Rating: 0 (0%)	No bad karma inteneded Peter, but, I thought the topic was "How To: Ship a Transmission", not the cheapest way to ship a transmission. I used the method you are referring to when I sent it to JGY. When it was ready to come back it was worth around $3000. So, the few extra dollars for the container was well worth the added protection for that type of investment. No way would I have had it shipped back the way I sent it. __________________ Jesus built my Hot Rod "Have dog will hunt" Peace !
