Not trying to burst your bubble, but look at that SAE correction factor of 1.27. I understand that you are a mile high, but that correction factor is what you would use for a NA car, turbo cars are affected much less by elevation. A correction factor of 1.15 would be more appropriate.
245 SAE HP/ 1.27 = 193 STD HP X 1.15 = 222 SAE HP
