Help....DETONATION!!!

I have a 1999 G20t with 61,000 Miles. Starting from last week my car started to feel funny. I have JWT cams, stillen intake, headers and exhaust. Last week I was traveling at a high rate of speed and my rpms were really high up there. When I got home that night I heard my car making clacking noises at idle and at 1500-1800rpm it was the loudest. Mechanics told me its lifters and thats that....I checked plugs couple nights ago and this is what they looked like:

Cylinders 3 being the worst of them all...complete meltdown.. Cylinder 4 was very bad....Cylinder 1 was starting to get bad and cylinder 2 looked pretty good....

I got the timing checked and its on the dot at 15degrees. I had Magnecore wires when this happened so I put my stocks back on with new plugs...and it ran much better...

Two days later one nite I drove pretty fast again and my car at high rpm suddenly lost like 30-40hp....totally feel the power loss...and when I came to a stop it felt like how it felt the first time my car ran like sh*t. Checked plugs last night...and again...detonation...severly.

Please if anyone know what I should do let me know...I have been cheching my ECU harness wires since I used to have a multichecker and a S-AFC but took those out couple months ago....Please let me know what to do and how I can fix this...Anyone
