Is there much difference in flow/power from the JDM DE headers vs the USDM DE Headers. I have the chance to swap mine and get rid of the EGR's properly but I'm wondering if all the work is worth it? What would be best?
The JDM header has no space for an O2 sensor. I used my stock usdm with my JDM motor until I got a new header. You will need a JDM Intake Manifold to get rid of the EGR equipment then you could just block off the EGR tubes on the header.

Well I was told I could get block plates to block the stuff of my intake manifold and put on the JDM manifold. It's already equipped with an 02 bung. I just wanna know if there will be any pwer difference.
There will be a power increase, yes, how much Im not sure. The JDM header is freer flowing since its tubular and not cast like the usdm version. However for ~$130 you can get a SS Autochrome header that will be leaps and bounds better.
