XTD stage 2 clutch Problem

i ordered an xtd stage 2 clutch http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/XTD-S...em170198553389
And i took it to a friends shop and he couldnt install it saying that it was o small and wouldn't engage to any gear. Then i took it to the nissan dealer and they said the same thing.

I contacted XTD and they tell me that they have never had that problem since they started selling these clutch kits in 1997 and that i may need an sr20det clutch kit which is different. Now they wont give me a full refund on the clutch and i already shipped it back! What should i do?

im selling the car anyways so should i just take the partial refund and shut up or should i pay a little extra and get the "sr20det" clutch and just sell it on my own

i ordered the xtd stage 3 for my car *** i burnt up the stock ones so much. now i can't down shift or i get a kind of grind noise,my cable and petal feel really smooth for a 6 puck though. the guy who did it re drilled my cable holes to help with cable bind. you could try that...

looks like XTD is refusing to admit to anything wrong. with them even saying that an sr20det fwd clutch is different means that they don't even know what they are talking about. and why would you send something back if they said they won't take it back?
