Putting aside the "why-don't-you-applaud" posts it has been extremely fun for me! Not that I "lost" something since I have saved everything until last Saturday but ...
Now, if just the "resident" moderator came forth and verified that he did NOT delete it I could rest assured that Andreas probably had a good reason for dumping it...
Either way, props to Dre and mike for all they do. For that matter, props to anyone who aids in developing the Nissan community. Whether you own a GA, QG, SR or QR motor, its all about Nissan baby! Its just good to see advancements coming forward!

I deleted the thread because, in my opinion the thread made a turn for the worst. All the tread was supposed to be about was the dyno #s and what I did to the motor. It was not intended to be a pissing match about who is better.

this is such a shame that this had to be turned into a pissing match! i wanted to go back to that thread for reference to something that i cant rtemember anymore!
that sucks dude.... mad props though for achieving what you did....
heck, id love to know what all you did to the motor, and how you achieved that much power, oh and the final cost! because if i could pull that off with my classic, id be a happy man! turbo shmerbo... if i could stay n/a like that id be cooler

Andreas,
it was youer thread, your opinion, your final action. Thanks for informing us for the causes of deletion.
I only wish that when the tuning gets you OVER 200whp, you will post it, the thread will grow larger than the previous one and there will be no posts that will lead to its deletion.
Chris
PS. The thread was VERY interesting to a lot of people since it was the first time we saw a dyno with Rob's intake manifold on a N/A car. Although we did not get a clear picture (or your assessment-right or wrong) for the contribution of w\each mod to the power output, it was nice to see an O2 intake manifold on a N/A car.
1) 90mm piston. copy of a 300zx NA piston 3mm over bore with the valve reliefs cut 2mm deeper.
2) Sleeved block.
3) Forged Crower Rods because I will be using NOS. For just NA use SR20DE stock rods.
4) Ported highport head by me.
5) O2 intake manifold. Not that important but works good, good for 7hp NA
6) 2000-01 SR20DE crank used for faster reving because it is 7-8 pounds lighter, not a must to get the big HP figures.
7) crank pully from 2000-01 motor, its is lighter than 1991-99 crank pully.
8) JWT C3 cams and valve springs and retainers.
9) sleeved block must be done to fit the big pistons.
10) 90mm headgasket by JWT.
11) used 370cc inj because stock 259cc are a little to small for this motor.
12) ported RC throttlbody. Not a must either just had one put on the side so I used it.
13) 4-1 header made 13/4 runners with 21/2 collector. Not a must, I used the big tubes and 4-1 because of NOS. The hotshot header off of NOS will make more HP.
14) cold induction made by me.
15) JWT comp.
16) JWT pop charger.
17) Bored MAF, I use this because it causes less of a restriction.
Ported heads for $850 shipped with a core and $1,050 without a core. This includes polished combustion chambers, valve job, ported and polished exhaust ports, ported intake ports left rough for better fuel atomisation, match port both intake and exhaust to factory gaskets. Heads will take about 3-4 weeks to be done since I only get to do this on the weekends. If you want valve springs and retainers add about $600 to the cost above.
The intake manifold is made by BigBoost a member of the forum, I think the name of the company is O2 induction.
