: Erratic, rough, and stumbling idle

I finally have my car up and running. But the problem is that the car at cold start has erratic, rough, stumbling idle that seems to want to stall. You can compare it to a very lumpy cam. Once warm the cars idle no longer wants to stall but has wondering and erratic idle. The car runs fine no problems whatsoever when the car is moving. ( Can't rev too high motor is total rebuilt and needs a break in) Car runs strong without boost, and when the boost hits @ 3500 rpm it pulls hard. What can the problem be any suggestions for me to check. TIA

91 SE-R Turbo
Hot Shot Custom T04E/T3 turbo kit (ceramic ball bearing)
HKS Intercooler, w/ ceramic coated IC pipes

ACT Extreme pressure plate w/ 6 puck disc
Vortech T-Rex inline fuel pump (300ZXTT not installed yet)
APEX'i EGT, AVC-R, and Autometer boost and oil pressure gauges
HKS Turbo timer
ES motor mount insterts, Ground Control
ST front, NTECH read adj sway bar, and lower front strut bar
KYB adj struts and shocks, Konig 17in Opal Black Verdicts (both stolen from storage by one of my friends)
Custom 2.5 exhaust

Timing, throttle position sensor, MAF, unplug battery and reset the ecu? or make sure it is all the way plugged in?

sounds like timing to me? or TPS...
