Only place I know that RESELLS them is turbocity.com. Do they manfacture them? If not, who does? Garrett themselves? Are there OEM and non-OEM rebuild kits? Like a Nissan kit versus some other brand? Trying to find the best price for this stuff. Turbo City quoted me $113 and change for T25 seals, gaskets, and bearings. I'm rebuilding one for fun just to learn how basically, possibly use the turbo when I'm done, possibly sell it.

I wouldn't advise rebuilding a turbo yourself. How would you balance it. VSR balancing consists of spinning the center section at high rpms! Do yourself a favor and send it out to be rebuilt. I get them done from my local turbo guy for $225.00.

As I understand it you can just mark the relation of the wheel to the center shaft and make sure you put it back together with the same orientation.

You can get a whole T25 in good shape for that price of getting it rebuilt. It's not worth it with a T25. I'm going to attempt the home method.
