It is a complete book in full detail of every mechanical, electrical and cosmetic aspect of your car. New, they generally cost around $120-$250. You can sometimes get a great deal on eBay for around $50-$100 for a used one. HAYNES is a do it yourselfer service manual. It is pretty good. Much better then Chilton's, but is not as good as an OEM Factory Service Manual. Nothing is as good as the FSM. That company then bounced me to another company who supplies pre 2000 fsm's. I ordered it for $90 U.S. new. Call Nissan and try going through the same route.
