Hey guys---I got my new hinges in today---do I need to remove the front fender panels to get at the bolts holding the hinges on? It looks really tough to get in there---or should I buy a swivel and try that?
thanks for any help

Take out the screws holding the fender liner in the wheel well so that it is loose. Just let it rest on the tire. Then remove the bolts at the rear of the front fender (can't remember how many, but make sure you get the one at the bottom). You should be able to pull the back of the fender out enough from the car to give yourself room to work, just don't pull to far and bend it. This is how I did it, anyway. I used a block of wood between the frame and fender to hold it out.
My ghetto method also included supporting the door with a floor jack. Worked like a charm.
Hope this helps
