This is the setup i plane on handling, protech exhaust manifold,t3/t40e,50 lb. injectors, cobra maf,blitz bov.hks gt wastegate,griffin intercooler,3 inch downpipe *** 3 inch straight flow no cat to a apex n1 exhaust.My main question is how much boost can a gti-r block take with htis kind of setup,safe boost conditions?

It's goin to depend on your EGT's. If u keep them down 20psi can be done. Just make sure u get the GTI-R brain with the motor, Slap a AFC on it and get a 300zx MAF and tune that fuker on a Dyno.
