: What things to get for my SR20DET

Hi, I'm new. I currently drive a B14 SE-R. I have in my possession an SR20DET from a JDM Bluebird. I have it on a stand right now awaiting to be installed into my car. Before I install it, I would like to freshen it up. By freshening it up, I wanted to install new seals on the outside of the motor and anything else which I may need to replace. I made a quick list of things that I was thinking of purchasing to freshen up my motor.

-Front/Rear Main seals
-Valve Cover gasket w/ spark plug gaskets
-Oil filter(should I order one for B13 SE-R's or will B14 SE-R oil filter work?)
-Water pump(would I be safe in swapping the water pump from my current SR20DE (70,000 miles) or should I replace it while the motor is out?)
-Spark plugs(copper is what I think is reccomended for DET's, but what heat range? 7's?)
-pilot bushing(i believe my motor was mated to an automajic)
-exhaust manifold gasket(mr. copper)
-gaskets for turbo(?)

Tranny stuff
-left/right tranny seals
-throwout bearing

I also read that I should probably check the rod bearings. Although, I did remove the valve cover, which revealed a very clean top end. Would this be enough to lead me to belive that synthetic oil was used and that I don't have to check rod bearings? Or should I check them anyways to remove all doubt.

I would like to know if the list of things I have listed is ok. Are some things overkill? Did I leave anything out? Advice from those who have swapped a JDM SR20DET is more than welcome, as well as those who haven't, but possess the knowledge.

Thank you.

Front Main seal is behind the crank pulley.

Rear Main seal is behind the flywheel.
