Has anybody else dealt with a company called Total Jdm in Canada? Does anybody know if they are still in business. They ripped me off for $2,100.00 dollars. Thanks for any info.

They sent me two hacked up motors before i got a good one. Sad thing is, they knew what the sent me and wanted to see if they could get away with it.
The engines had little to no plugs on the harness (chopped up) Cracked valve cover, several nails sticking in the oil pan, hole in bell housing, bolts missing everwhere, oil leaking from the turbo (chewed up fins), ect.

The best part is, those bastards tried to tell me that it would run and start up with all this wrong with it. They tried to make me keep the motor. :rolleyes:

Heres 2 pics i found from one of the bad motors harness. I must have ditched the ones with the nails, bellhousing, valve cover ect.

Brent you paid to have one/two of the motors delivered because they didnt pay shipping like they said they would didnt you?

And forgot to mention, all 3 motors didn't come with MAFS, ECU and ignitor chip like i paid for and that were promised me. :mad:

man i feel sorry for you....i know how it feels to get ripped off too...i hate people like that....

Yeah they sent me a refund and the check bounced pretty good. Now I'm paying the bank back where I cashed the bounced check at. It really sucks but what can you do?! I now have a red top I paid 100.00 for from a friend. It needs rebuild but atleast I have it and I know whats wrong with it.

Court, your talking international. Even with Canada thats a customs/FTC thing. Good luck! You'd need it.

As for sources. How much money are you guys really saving compared to buy from places like Soko, Andreas, or JGY?

I know unfortunely I was stupid and thinking cheaper. My brother got a half cut from a place called Night Seven Racing and paid close to 3,000.00 for just an engine. They sent the wrong trans and the wiring was screwed. We look a lot closer now. Alittle late.
