i just put it in gear and chirp like tweety bird!:D

oh, do you mean chirp the tires? i try not to, it seems pointless to purposely strain your tranny and abuse the tires. :)

With a solid 6-puck cluctch from ACT you'll be chirping 3rd all day...and 2nd gear will be VERY wicked.:D

I chirped 3rd like 5 times when I tuned up "SER Newbies" ride.
It felt damn good too. My car wont do it. :( ............YET.........;)

I used to do it all the time in my black 96! That was with a ACT street/strip disc w/ heavy duty pp. But then I heard it was bad to do that because the tranny's weak point is third gear so I stopped that. I drive slow now with my new car and I dont want to try and hurt anything with this tranny. 6k clutch drops with slicks on a stock clutch can do enough damage to haunt it for a lifetime!

I can spin 1st and 2nd easily enough, but i can only chirp 3rd in the rain usually. Lately i have been able to do it more often in dry weather due to my balding potenza's. :)

Just get some really shitty tires.

I've never even chirped second! Of course, that could have something to do with having big heavy ass wheels and decent tires.

i agree with Stilletto, i want my tires to last forever...they're worth too much! i probably couldn't do it anyway, but still...i'm broke and will always be broke.:p

You might want to price a new clutch arm while you're at it. :D

wassupp, Washington in the house!
I need a new clutch too. is it safe to assume that my car has the original clutch in it? car has 65k on it.

And how come no one runs a NISMO clutch?
Is it more expensive than it's worth?
