Thats not a Turbonetics Boost Controller, it looks like a homebrew kit. Its an Air Compressor Regulator and he used Turbonetics in the title to get more hits.

thats what i thought because my buddy was gonna sell me a turbonetics one and it looked just like that so idk it might be or not who knows
