i heard this was supposed to bolt-up with little or no modifications is this correct? a friend of mine said he put one in his brother's G20, and he didn't have to modify it at all.
any other things to look out for? i was thinking of running the gas tank down to near empty, so it's easier to see and hook up stuff.
thanks in advance,
bryan

I don't know if you have already purchased this pump, but FYI, the Walbro pump Part Number GSS 307, sold through BBK will plug and fit right in where your factory one sits. The only mod required is on the sock, so it can fit into the plastic container. It plugs right in. This pump is 255lph, and is actually for a mustang....:) It's 129.00 in summit.

I have the 300ZX TT pump in my car. To make it fit, you have to open up the plastic tray that olds the sotck pump, it splits by the middle with a top cover and the bottom cover. You won't be able to use the top cover any more, and ull have todo some minor cutting oof the bottom half to make clearanc4e. Once u get it to sit nice in the bottom half, just tie-wrap it. Belive it or not tie wraps do not disintegrate in gasoline. Mine have been holding strong for 2 years. Basically you *** tneed it to cling tight to that bottom half of the tray because the bottom half of the tray is the one that slides onto the rails in the bottom of the gas tank.....
And for what its worth, i got my 300ZX TT pump for $99
