Always check the easiest guys. Check your tire pressure first. You would be surprised at how much a few punds makes. Ill feel my wagging its tail a bit if my pressure id down.

Actully I did check my presure and it did help. I just replaced struts. Welll didnt solve the problem fully but then again I only did it half ass. Thanks for the help peeps.

does it feel like it is wandering around? or like its kinda drivin itself? and the steering wheel moves back and forth over bumps

I have that stiff drivin. and the steering wheel does move back and forth. But that started to happen when I 17 rims on. But the swaying happens when I get on the highway sometimes. and before the rims

Bushings can help a lot too, get a master bushing set from ES. Do all the ball joints and other misc. rubber suspension parts, especially the swaybar bushings. It'll firm up the ride, but not recommended for the aging generation, so I've heard...;)

i would go at least get your alignment checked. i was having wierd steering issues and pulls, side to side. all of it went away once i got an alignment. just a thought.
