I wanted to order poly bushings today for my wife's 1996 200SX SE-R and was checking out the suspension.com website; it appears that I have to 1st determine the diameter of the bar as their site doesn't specify.
Does anyone know off-hand if all of the 96's have the same size and if so what is it? No really big deal, I could climb under the car tonight and measure, but I wouldn'y mind getting the order in the pipeline today if the info was handy. Searching the archives didn't help...

I have replaced the sway bar twice (first: S/T second: New stock replacment). Each time all new bushings. Everytime It'll feel good for a while then the passenger side gets all sloppy.

I have used the B13 ES front sway bar bushings on a B14 before, and they fit fine.

I currently have an ST front bar with stock chassis bushings. The metal clamps that came with the bar wouldn't fit, so I used the old bushings.
And since it's set up for stock autocross, it gives me a little more flex than the heavier bushings would have (good for stock springs).

I got under the car last night and measured twice: 25mm for my car. Bigger than I expected.

It turns out that the c-to-c spacing of the 200SX SE-R's sway bar mounts (2-3/8", or about 60mm) preclude getting the greasable-fitting type bushings; so I'm getting the 'regular', graphite-impregnated one instead. Yes that means that my order is finally on its way!
