My neglected SE-R got it's spring tune-up today: new 02 sensor, new fuel filter (black gas was coming out of the old one!), new wires and, most importantly, a new valve cover gasket.
The SE-R's valve cover looked like it had been through a war -- covered in oil, paint chipping off, etc (you guys know what I'm talking about). So I decided to hit it with the wire wheel. 2 hours later, it looked like this:

I think it's aluminum so it shouldn't rust out like the rest of the car...
