I emailed some one a bout getting a:

T3/T40E hybrid with a stage V .82 a/r turbine
housing, and .60 a/r 57 trim compressor housing,

and this is the reply I got:

I cannot give you V.82 in the T3-T4 configuration. That turbine you are asking will max out to the T3-T4 configuration. I can do that to TA34 to match it to a T04S compressor. The .82 is not a standard T3....to make it short, .82 is a TA34 and can only be put to T04.

my question is has anyone heard of a turbo made like that?? would it fit on our cars, and what kind of power would it make??

it is a proprietary configuration that only Turbonetics and Fast Trax can create. I ordered the same turbo but with a 60 trim compressor.
Ben B., Louis (APEXSER) and I believe Chris Allen (Shaggy) all have (or had) one.

Nah, TA34 is something else... it's an old-school been-outta production for 15 years kinda turbo.

Shaggy's turbo is a 72mm 'T-350' wheel, I'm pretty sure.

Anyway, the stuff the guy is telling you is total BS. The 0.82 A/R housing on a Stage III T3 turbine wheel is a standard thing that many many people sell (innovative turbo, turbonetics, etc).

I'd run the 50 trim compressor wheel instead of the 57 trim, though. There is no need for the 57 trim wheel, as the turbine can't support that much flow anyway. The 50 trim is more efficient in the range you will be operating.
