I'm the owner of a '91 NX and have the opportunity to buy some Ground Control coilovers at a pretty decent price. The thing is they are for a B13 Sentra. Will these work for the NX? The rates are 300/200, and I'm planning on using AGX shocks, and keeping the ride height close to stock, maybe 0.75 in lower. Anyone have any experience with this setup, or a setup similar to this?
Thanks

I have that exact setup that I transferred from my old 91 Sentra to my 92 NX. It works fine. You might want to play with the height, but I like it better on my NX than I did on my Sentra.

that's exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks man. The reason I don't want to lower it that much is because I dont want to bottom out, I'm getting the setup mostly for the adjustability and stiff springs, not the 'slammed' look. I was thinking get the coilovers on, find a height I like, have it cornerweighted and aligned, then leave it alone. I think if I screw arouns with the height it will mess up the alignment, but I have no experience here so it is just a speculation. Also I'd be afread of havong them not all exactly the same height, but I'll figure that out later. Thanks for your help

Im glad to hear somebody has done this. I just bought this agx/gc combo blindly not knowing if there was that much of a difference sentra vs nx. I would think the only difference is spring rate and shouldnt effect ride quality that drastically. Im ordering some Koni bump stops within the next week or so anything else special needed other than yea I know some rear mounts and maybe camber plates. But im guessing thats everything right?

I hava a 93 NX with the AGX/GC setup 300/200......I have the front lowered about an 1 and 1\2 inches and it rides fine...grips like hell..doesn't bottom out at all....However I have loud popping noises from the front end, I plan on putting camber plates on soon.. as I hear that that might solve my noise problems.....I also have the Koni bumpstops and Shigspeed rear mounts......
I reall enjoy the setup.....

I have 325/250 with AGXs on mine. It is a great value setup as long as you don't lower the front by more than 1" or so. If you get the gc c/c plates then you are 2" lower in the front and the rear is fine if you go 2" lower too.
