A minute ago, I decide to reground my MAF. but when I was over it, I found it has 4 cables going out of the connector. I don't know if I'm wrong: the connector is what I'm supposed to reground, right? or I have to take these 2 bolts over the sensor protection for release it and reground it from the inner cable?please help me with this.

So you have a z32, maxima, plastic maf right? Should be two black wires IIRC, ground those.

Mine is the original MAF for this car: Bluebird sss-G (non turbo), it has a plastic cap (no rubber). How do I reground them? just attached one wire and get it to the ground lung for each one? how do I measure voltage in this case?

This sounds like the same MAF on mine, or at least the same connector. It seems to me I read somewhere that from some year (like 94 or 95 or something) up you won't really benefit from regrounding with the explanation being that Nissan redesigned the wiring harness to compensate for the problem that caused the MAF ground to fail (wish I could remember where I read that so I could link it but I can't find it so as far as I know I could be full of crap.) I've never been able to find a comprehensive guide for regrounding my MAF because of this very reason and I don't feel like "experimenting" and burning things out (I'm no electrician) trying to figure out which of the 4 wires is really the ground. To compound the issue all 4 wires flow into a sleeve that splits twice and go into untracable territory (i.e. between/under stuff or places I cannot see without ripping out sections of the engine) and only one or two of the wires are actually color coded similar to the ones in the guides on regrounding I've found so tracing a wire is virtually impossible :(
