Correct me if Im wrong guys but does the T28 contain a external wastegate? Also without a aftermarket boost controller what type of boost levels should I expect from a Setup using a T28?

GTIR T28 has an internal wastegate. Stock boost is about 9 psi? I am not sure of the exact number.

It has an adjustable wastegate rod ***. I believe it controls the tension on the spring which inturn affect the psi the wastegate releases at. I saw it but left it alone, and its 9psi unadjusted.

Suckit is correct. The rod is adjustable from 7-9 psi.
