ok so ive got an s13 redtop on my 240 and all its got on it is a turbo manifold, little divorced jpipe, and a 3" downpipe. i put my greddy profec b spec 2 on to get the boost to about 10 pounds cause i figured that would be fine. the thing is, ive toyed with it and toyed with it and the boost wont move. i put it at just below 1 bar and its only going to about .56-.61 bar. it steadily went down and now it wont hit .6 anymore. anyone got an idea or a basic breakdown on what each function does. i found one breakdown at freshalloy but it wasnt exactly in lamens terms. thanks for any help.

also if anyone has a setup on there nearly stock sr (dont care if its rwd or fwd) that i can try, let me know and ill test it.

This is assuming your using the PSI units.Turn "set gain" to 5. Make sure you "gain" is 10%. Now start turning "set" value up till your initial boost is the value you want(say 10psi). Your looking for the initial pressure, most likely it won't hold the pressure up top. Once you have the initial boost, start turing the "gain" value up until it hold the same initial boost and then holds it. After this is set, you can start turning the "set gain" up to add quicker spool. If you turn up this setting to high it will over shot the desired boost pressure and open up a whole new can of worms. Repeat for Hi Boost. Another thing make sure ALL the plastic plugs were removed from the solenoid unit, and you have the lines going to the correct places. (WG,Reference)

ok im gonna go try it. what is the quickest the stock t25 with a tubular manifold can spool up to max spool?

couldnt get it over 9.5 lbs and that was only once. i can turn the set all the way up and it doesnt change ne thing. the setgain, does raising that or lowering that posed to spool it quicker?
