I have a 1994 Sentra all stock with 111k miles.....one thing that bothers me is the Drivetrain 'play' if I am driving in any gear and I take my foot off the throttle, there is pronouced play where I feel the engine and transmisson seems to move....

Any ideas? I just replaced the motor mounts with OEM parts....could it be CV joints???

Motor mounts

you replaced all the motor mounts with oem? let me elaborate the answer "motor mounts". se-rs are softly mounted so even oem might be a little squirmy. order some ES inserts mainly the torque set and live with a little more NVH and that is about all you should do. otherwise, live with it :cool:

Sorry, just scanned his question. Didn't see that he had already replaced his with OE mounts.

A full set of JWT motor mounts or Energy Suspension will get rid of most of that, but the whole car will now vibrate at idle.

The "torque" set (front and rear mounts only) from ES reduces it a decent amount and doesn't make it vibrate too much at all.

$225-250 for the JWT solid mounts
$195 + core charge for the Place Racing Mounts.
$40 for the Energy Suspension Inserts
