So, I am going to buy a different PP but don't know which to use. I have heard several bad stories about ACT's HD plate, but have yet to hear any bad stories about the JWT pp except that it is soft. I need something that will be able to handle 250-300 HP at the crank. Steve CharlieH98 01-25-2002, 09:22 AM Steve: IMHO, remove the tranny, grease the driveshaft, the throwout bearing, the fork, and the control arm. That will smooth out the disengagement of the extreme pressure plate. AF had same problem as you. "Elbow :)" Grease fixed it. Might as well resurface Flywheel while you're in there.
