How much power can safely be ran on a DE on stock bottom with a T3/T04E and at what psi. I wanna run max about 320whp, but closer to 280-300 whp or would I have change the pistons to gtir ones.Thanks.

To get the power goals you want you will have to run about 15 PSI or so. Get a T3TO4 with a 54 trim wheel in TO4E Comp. and get T3 turbine stage 3 wheel with .86 AR housing, get ball bearing if you can aford it. Get a Tial waste gate and dump off into the atmosphere, do not dump into the exhaust pipe, you will gain a little more HP by doing it this way. I would get Some. 50 lb MSD inj with rail and Cobra MAF. Get a intank fuel pump, intercooler about 16 in L x 10 in H x 2.75 W., use 2 1/4 intercooler piping, 3 inch exhaust from turbo back some S4 cams and WALA you are the man. You might even see your goals before 15 PSI if it is set up right.

I would use the 50 trim compressor wheel instead of the 54 trim, but I agree with everything else you are saying.

Andreas, with the setup that you mentioned what kind of Jim Wolf ECU program would I get to run this setup. Will this setup be streetable and is the setup in mind with stock de pistons. Also will a GTIR intercooler be sufficient enough for the set up, cause i am the guy that is getting the GTIR intercooler from you. Thanks
