Well i just came back to the dyno and i am bit disspointed the first tun was at 8psi i made 177hp and 175 tq

2nd run was at 12 psi i made 224 hp and 232 tq what do yout hink of the run i need ALL of you inputs on this one.

see my sig for set up

It was a really hot and humid outside today like 85 degrees so i am not sure how big a factor that is.

next at the end of 5 runs the car overheated, the rad fan fuse blew go figure and we left lots of time for cool down as well. Any ideas why the hell this happened?

COMMENTS, let me have it

Sounds like something is wrong. At 8psi, you should be making at least 200hp on that setup if not more. Couldn't tell you what the problem is though.

Yes those numbers do look low.
Any boost leaks?

from my understanding of dyno charts, when your powergraf if realy jagid like that your having ignition problems. what plugs are you using, gaps and such.

I think the weather was probably a huge factor. I dynoed my car two months ago, it was like 100* in the garage, and very humid.

I made like 187whp or some garbage. I was on stock boost on my t28. I overheated after like 2 runs. This setup last year made 220whp on 7 psi.

i am running bRK6E .32 gap i do have a MSD digital 6 ignition with a SS blaster coil and stock sprk plug wires.

any testing advice to figure out whats wrong?

switch to bkr7e start with a .030 gap

you really need a bigass fan in front to get adquate air through the IC and radiator. Also, you're A/F looks high, check your fuel pressure setting.

It seems that running the numbers on the dyno stats that the "air" wasn't too bad-within 2% of standard. It seems horsepower doesn't appreciably rise past 5200rpm, so I would first suspect timing or spark quality, then intake or exhaust restriction. Your A/F ratio seems about right on for making good power with reasonable safety. Your set-up would REALLY wake up with some cams :)

the power doewsnt rise above 5200 probably just because it is a t25.

AirFuel looks lean on the first pull, its at about 13:1 until 6000. Looks a little better on the 2nd pull, still a little lean around peak torq, which is where you generally see detonation (atleast where I've seen in when tuning)

here are my numbers on a t25 with 3"downpipe&exhaust, hot shot fmic, jwt ecu on usdm engine. 218hp on 8psi. why does it say it spooling up at 3k rpm? i thought the avenir would spool faster. on my chart it spools at 2500.

try getting a new cap and rotor.

yeah thast another thing i have JWT 4 bar with FPR and bored maf at 51psi at the first run it was running a bit lean we have to increase to 57psi with the fpr. now WTF i thought at 4 bar should have been sufficient and jwt tuned rich. i had to ad fuel if i was to increase boost

Uh... 4bar = 58.0150950921 psi.

You definitely want to get BKR7E's and gap them from .028 - .030. You're running a hot plug and it's gapped a little big.

not tryin to correct this but just helping to get the correct/accurate equal of 4 bar is = 56.89psi

Uh.. you sure about that? 1 bar = 14.503773773 psi; well, according to my trusty TI-85 calculator.

And according to www.efunda.com, 1 bar = 1e5 Pa, 1 psi = 6894.76 Pa, which leads to 1 bar = 14.5037680789 psi

I guess you should just round it to 14.5 :)
