: What TURBO TIMER can you recommend? DohcSeR 01-31-2002, 04:32 PM I am looking to purchase a turbo timer. I like the small pencil looking APexi one, but I am not sure if they are reputable. I saw that there is turbo timers that gives you estimated 1/8 and 1/4 times as well as other features. Can you all give me some advice also some online stores where I can get them at a good price. It has those "extras" you spoke of plus 0-60 time and speed or rpm warning (you can use it as a shift light). The black one reads in MPH but the silver and purple ones read in Kilometers. Its only a few dollars more than the type-0 so I figured why not? Some people also like the Greddy. try http://www.digitalracer.com they have free shipping. BTW, some places dont have the "type-1 black" yet because it's fairly new. If you call DigitalRacer they can get you it though... they can get anything, even if its not on their site. (No I dont work for them either!! They're in CA.. I'm in NJ) I like that Blitz one too though! and their new DC meters look so cool!
